She has had the opportunity to work for both captive (the agent basically represents only one insurance company) and independent (the agent represents several insurance companies) agencies. She's been an Account Manager for a large insurance brokerage firm as well as an Auto Insurance Underwriter. Her experience and expertise allows her to advise clients about their insurance needs so that their assets, their family's assets and their business' assets are protected in the event of a loss or lawsuit. By representing several insurance companies, she is able to provide the best coverage to her clients for the lowest premium. Laynna also obtained her CISR designation. This designation represents a comprehensive understanding of risks and exposures by the professional who has earned it. CISR is a designation recognized in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. CISRs distinguish themselves by successfully completing five courses and examinations. CISRs have to commit to annual continuing education - to update their designation and their knowledge, in order to serve their clients, agencies, and companies at the highest level. Laynna also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from San Jose State University.
